"PROPOSE = A BILL for an Act to Lay the Foundations of Politicians Requirements to sit in Parliament as a Public Representative under Full Citizenship Declaration and for Related Purposes. 

""EXPLANATORY Note -; 

This is a proposed Bill instigated by the Public in order to address the inadequacies & over reach of both Politicians & Governments. 
The AIM is to "Lay appropriate Foundations for Political Class to be Fully Determined Australian Politicians that serve as Representatives of the Australian Public Needs & Requirements  Plus for the Interests of Australia to the exclusion of ALL Foreign Mandates" by bringing the Public view into the Political decision making process. 

OVERVIEW

Current scenarios at the Political level have clearly shown that Politicians have drastically FAILED in their responsibilities, thus rendering their Oath of Office & Pre-amble of Section 51 of the Constitution mute. The Standards expected & Legislated for have NOT been met. This is being very clearly demonstrated across many platforms such as -; Entitlements, Public Communication, Trading in Influence that have resulted in charges of Distortion & Corruption.
